Episode 13 - County Administrator Paul McCulla

Episode 13 Overview -
In this episode, Dr. Jeck has a conversation with Mr. Paul McCulla, the chief administrative officer of Fauquier County.  As County Administrator, Mr. McCulla supervises the day-to-day operations of all county departments and agencies.  The two discuss a variety of topics including fire and rescue, cell towers, local vs. state funding and more!
    Dr. Jeck poses the following questions to Mr. McCulla:

    • What are other big changes on the horizon?  What advice might you give to a person coming into your position after you?
