Episode 7 - Youth Mental Health


Episode 7 Overview- In this episode, Dr. Jeck has a conversation with Sallie Morgan, director of the Fauquier Mental Health Association.  Listen in as they discuss how to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.   Ms. Morgan will also share the warning signs of mental health issues and how to access help when needed.

Dr. Jeck poses the following questions to Ms. Morgan: 
  • You accidentally ate some radioactive vegetables.  They were good but what's even cooler is they endow you with a superpower of your choice.  What's it going to be?
  • Tell us a little about your organization and the kind of services you provide to our community.

  • What kinds of signs can we recognize when someone needs help?
